Ginn is at the heart of Shell’s mission to make customers’ journeys better. But after a long career with the company taking in four different continents, she’s also been on quite a journey herself. Ginn joined Shell in 1998 in her native Mexico, beginning an 18-year association with the company that has seen her work in a range of country, regional and global roles. In her current position as global communications manager, she is tasked with growing and protecting reputation for the largest single-branded retailer in the world. Ginn oversees a global external communications and thought leadership programme to position Shell as an industry leader, good neighbour and partner of choice. And as Shell continues to put purpose and shared value at the core of its business, she is helping the company build new, deeper relationships with customers, partners and communities.
